Kundalini Yoga – or Yoga of Awareness – unites the body, mind and soul in a single practice.  It was first brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan in 1969. Kundalini Yoga is a very effective science used to awake your awareness and take you into your original Self.

Each Kundalini Yoga class uses asanas (poses), mantra and chanting (sound), pranayama (breath work), meditation and deep relaxation to help you relieve tension and increase energy in your body, calm your mind, and nourish your soul.  A typical Kundalini class last between 75-90 min but Kundalini meditations can also be taught as a standalone class.
