Recent studies suggest that meditation has the potential to reduce anxiety, enhance concentration, and reduce insomnia.

This class begins with light stretches and breath control exercises (pranayama).

By concentrating in the present moment by focusing in our breathing, we become more aware of our actions, feelings, thoughts and perceptions. When we improve our awareness and realize our habits, we are able to respond instead of react to situations we face every day.

Class lasts 45 - 1 hr min.

Private Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Class

In modern life today, we are constantly surrounded by an overwhelming amount of information and our minds are exhausted. One of the mains benefits of Kundalini Yoga – or Yoga of Awareness – is to strengthen the nervous system. With a stronger nervous system, we can handle more information and create the space we need to process all the stimuli we receive from our daily lives.

Each Kundalini Yoga class uses asanas (poses), mantra and chanting (sound), pranayama (breath work), meditation and deep relaxation to help you relieve tension and increase energy in your body, calm your mind, and nourish your soul.  

Class is about 75-90 min for $150 single class plus rental space. Discount is available if you purchase 10 classes or more. Also available via Zoom video conference.
